All our desserts are made-to-order and freshly baked for its finest flavour. We customize our special occasion cakes based on your requirements. Pre-order your desserts & cakes atleast 3 days in advance specifying the delivery date, time and place.

What is your delivery policy?
The prices on our menu are exclusive of delivery charges.
- Delivery will be charged at actual based on delivery location using third party apps such as Wefast, Dunzo, Porter.
- You can book the pickup through any third party apps of your choices. While our desserts are packed with utmost care for safe delivery, we recommend self-pickup.
- Our pickup timings are between 1 PM and 7 PM.
- Deliveries will be made on the date and time specified in your order.
- We will not be responsible for any damages once the product leaves our premises.
- Sudden acts of god and mankind are inevitable. We will not be liable for delays, restriction in delivery or damages caused due to power cuts, natural calamities, heavy rains, floods, pandemic, traffic jams due to festival crowd, construction, political rallies, curfews and bandhs or any other impediments to timely delivery of your order.
- Please ensure someone is present at the delivery location and accessible on phone during your chosen delivery time.
- If no one is available at the delivery location to accept the order at the stipulated delivery time chosen by you, it will be left with the security guard or neighbour and we will not be responsible for any damage post-handover. Please note that the baked goods are delicate and can be damaged due to mishandling and temperature changes.
What is your payment policy?
The prices on our menu are exclusive of customization & delivery charges.
Customization charges: Customization charges are added over the price mentioned in the menu. The charges will vary according to design, types and number of decorative items used and will be discussed prior to commencement of work.
Delivery Charges: It will be charged at actual based on delivery location. As a token of your confirmation for any order above ₹ 1000/-, please pay an advance of at least 50% of the order value.

What is your refund & cancellation policy?
Only genuine refunds will be initiated upon our discretion. Orders can only be cancelled 48 hours prior to your delivery date and time or else the advance will be forfeited. Bulk orders can be cancelled only if the order has not gone into production.
