We also have the perfect GUILTFREE, NUTRIDENSE dessert menu that are packed with the goodness of Whole Grains, Natural Unrefined Sugars and loads of Fibre. These make great birthday cakes if you believe in HEALTH FIRST !

Good to see you here. If you love exceptional desserts as much as I do, we are a team. Gourmet multilayered tarts are my weakness, what’s yours?

My story began with the search for desserts that made me less guilty and had more value in a bite. Most desserts in the market were cloyingly sweet,  too creamy, monotonously flavoured. I wanted to indulge in unique flavours, textures and decadence all at the same time. I wanted to be fascinated by a mouthful of familiar and distinctive flavour combinations, sometimes quirky too.

With this insight, I received my Diplome de Pâtisserie at Lavonne Academy of Baking and Pastry Arts and later interned at LE15 Pâtisserie under the tutelage of legendary Chef Pooja Dhingra. In 2022, I set up Aurie & Hann Pâtisserie with a mission to design memorable desserts with a perfect balance of comfort and quality. Our menu is carefully curated with emphasis on high quality ingredients in exclusive flavour combinations.

At Aurie & Hann Pâtisserie, an FSSAI registered dessert studio, we have something for everyone – the explorer, the chocolate lover, the midnight binger, the health conscious and the delightful kids. We put health and safety of our clients first, so we don’t use premixes and preservatives in our products.
